Hello everyone,

My name is Andrew Fernandes (consultant, designer and sales), son of Mark Fernandes (Owner, designer, and engineer). who in fact will be writing the majority of our blogs.

This is our just an intro blog to kind of give you a little information about who we are.

CS Systems/LED is a full on production lighting company,who has been family owned and operated since day one. We are now changing gears and leaning less into production, and more into architectural side of lighting.

Why you ask? A few reasons actually.

1) It's to over saturated.

Work in this field is hard to come by unless your a massive entity, pulling the $50,000-$100,000 jobs for the corporate shows.

The reason; Everyone and their brother has jumped into the game. Weekend DJ's have taken their go-go lights, LED PAR cans, and put their life savings into theatrical equipment such as: Pipe and drape, Stage (for the guy with tons of money) Cheap aluminum truss, dmx cables with mic's and speakers, along with the $25 do-it-yourself LED par cans.

Dj's mostly have streched themselves to become one stop shop, do it all production teams. No,w with that there becomes a lacking in knowledge of proper lighting placement, sound engineering, and just an overall of
